Enter Workbook Password

If a workbook requires a password to open it or write in it, you can enter it here.

Best practice

It is easier to add workbooks without any passwords. However if you are working on very confidential workbooks smartRush supports open and write passwords.

The dialog to enter the passwords for the Excel workbook can be accessed in the File Add dialog when adding new workbooks by clicking the Edit password button for either opened workbooks, closed workbooks or workbooks stored on a Sharepoint Online server. If the password should be changed or added later you can access the Edit password dialog via the smartRush taskpane.
